1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and jiliev0 with respect to your access to and use of the jiliev0 platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, customer support interactions, and any other features accessible via jiliev0.net.

1.2 By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jiliev0, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read these Terms in full; (b) you understand and accept these Terms; (c) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Philippine law; and (d) all information provided by you to jiliev0 during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete.

1.3 These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.4 jiliev0 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an active jiliev0 account, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jiliev0, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jiliev0 or had your account permanently closed for violations of these Terms.

2.2 jiliev0 is targeted at and operated for the Philippine market. While players from other jurisdictions may access the platform, it is each player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of jiliev0 complies with the laws applicable in their own country or territory.

2.3 jiliev0 reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until identity is confirmed.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) jiliev0 account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all such accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.

3.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. jiliev0 is not responsible for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliev0 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, and jiliev0 bears no liability for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

3.4 Compromised Accounts. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jiliev0 customer support immediately via the 24/7 live chat available on-site. jiliev0 may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation.

3.5 Account Currency. All jiliev0 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals for PHP-denominated transactions. USDT deposits will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

4 KYC & Identity Verification

4.1 jiliev0 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and player protection obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed.

4.2 KYC verification requires you to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PRC ID.

4.5 Accounts that fail KYC verification, or where the player refuses to submit the required documents, may be permanently closed. Any balance in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jiliev0 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard, USDT, and Coins.ph. All deposit methods are listed in the cashier section of your jiliev0 account. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your jiliev0 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and any national or regional holidays in the Philippines.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus balance is not withdrawable unless wagering requirements have been met in full).
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses credited to your jiliev0 account are subject to wagering requirements before the associated bonus amount (and any winnings generated from it) can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jiliev0 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously had accounts closed for Terms violations, or who are subject to self-exclusion, are not eligible for bonuses.

6.4 Abuse of Bonuses. jiliev0 does not tolerate bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through irregular betting patterns, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements will have their bonus and associated winnings voided, and their account may be suspended.

6.5 Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances subject to wagering requirements may expire after a set period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.6 jiliev0 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time, with notice provided to affected players where reasonably practicable.

7 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generation. All games offered on jiliev0 that require random outcomes — including slot machines, RNG table games, bingo, and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are independent, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by any player or by jiliev0.

7.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the outcome of that round shall be void and any stake placed will be returned to the player's account. jiliev0 accepts no liability for losses resulting from game malfunctions beyond the return of the affected stake.

7.3 Disconnections. jiliev0 is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of internet disconnection, mobile network instability, or power interruption on your end during an active game session. Where a game state can be recovered, it will be restored upon reconnection.

8 Prohibited Activities

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiliev0 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the jiliev0 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated tools to interact with jiliev0 games or systems.

8.2 jiliev0 employs monitoring and detection systems to identify prohibited activities. Any account found to be engaged in the above activities will be subject to immediate action, which may include the permanent closure of the account and the forfeiture of any balance held therein.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 jiliev0 provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that apply across all payment methods. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10 Intellectual Property

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiliev0 platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial entertainment gaming, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; use jiliev0 branding or trademarks without written authorisation; or create derivative works based on jiliev0 content.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.2 jiliev0's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

12.3 jiliev0 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of games or services.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiliev0's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request to close your jiliev0 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to your verified payment method.

13.2 Suspension by jiliev0. jiliev0 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gaming, or any other conduct that jiliev0 deems harmful to the integrity of the platform.

13.3 Permanent Termination. 13.4 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure for any reason, your licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions) shall continue to apply.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.3 Your continued use of the jiliev0 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which jiliev0 operates.

15.2 Informal Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute between you and jiliev0 should be raised with our customer support team via the 24/7 live chat. The majority of issues are resolved at this stage within 24–72 hours.

15.3 Formal Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to jiliev0 via email at support@jiliev0.net. jiliev0 will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days and provide a final response within thirty (30) days of receipt.

15.4 Limitation Period. Any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms or use of the jiliev0 platform must be brought within one (1) year of the date on which the claim arose. Claims brought after this period are permanently barred.
